Reconciliation Sentinel

End user license

Effective October 10, 2026.

This license lets you use Reconciliation Sentinel with a QuickBooks Online company that you administer. The privacy policy explains what the app stores.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to connect a company, review the findings, and apply a change only when you confirm it. You may not resell the app, copy it, or use it to access a company you are not allowed to administer.

What the app can do

After you connect, the app reads accounting data for that company, including deposits, payments, purchases, bills, invoices, sales receipts, and the chart of accounts. When you confirm an action, it can add a fee line to a deposit or change the expense account on a purchase or bill. Other findings can be marked resolved in this app without a QuickBooks change.

Your review

You are responsible for checking each change before you save it. A suggestion is a starting point. The books remain yours, and QuickBooks remains the system of record.

Connection

You can disconnect inside the app. Disconnect revokes the QuickBooks token for that company and deletes the stored connection. Intuit can also disconnect the app from QuickBooks. Either one ends this license for that company.

Availability

The app is provided as available. It may be interrupted for maintenance, a QuickBooks outage, or an expired connection. Accounting results depend on the data in the connected company.

Liability

The app is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits, incorrect books, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
