A confirmed repair changes a fee line or an expense account. Vendor, customer, and employee records stay as they are.
Fix a finding at the transaction line through the QuickBooks API. You confirm the fee or the expense account. There is no receipt chase and no practice-management migration.
Catch what a payout sync left behind. Sentinel flags a deposit that records the gross amount and omits the processor fee, and it flags a duplicate of the same transaction type.
Master vendor, customer, and employee records are not rewritten. Expense category changes are sparse line updates. A fee is added as its own line. Nothing is deleted from QuickBooks.
Sentinel Standard

The review, the confirmed repairs, and the audit log for one QuickBooks Online company.
After you connect a company, a scan reads that company’s deposits, payments, purchases, bills, invoices, and sales receipts. It compares duplicates of the same transaction type, payments that have sat in a clearing account, deposits with no fee line, and expenses posted to a catch-all account.
No. Sentinel does not edit vendor, customer, or employee master records, and it does not change W-9 or 1099 profile fields. A confirmed repair adds a fee line or changes an expense account on that transaction.
You review the finding, then confirm a fee amount or an expense account. Sentinel writes that change to QuickBooks and stores the amount, the result, and a link to the transaction in the audit log. If QuickBooks does not save the new account, the finding stays open.
No. Those tools can keep posting to QuickBooks. Sentinel reads the ledger after they post and points out a missing fee line or a duplicate. It does not replace the sync.
